Insulation Removal by Premier Solutions (UIV Limited)

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by UIV Limited trading as Premier Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”) for insulation removal, sanitising, and related services.

By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to these terms.

 

2. Scope of Services

We provide:

  • Insulation removal (ceiling and underfloor)

  • Contaminated insulation removal

  • Sanitising and odour treatment

  • Preparation for new insulation installation

All services are carried out based on site conditions at the time of inspection and work.

 

3. Quotes & Pricing

  • Quotes are based on information available at the time and may be subject to change if site conditions differ.

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

  • Additional costs may apply if unforeseen conditions are encountered (including but not limited to contamination, restricted access, or structural issues).

  • Any variations will be discussed and approved before proceeding where practicable.

 

4. Site Conditions & Access

The client must ensure:

  • Safe and reasonable access to the property and work areas

  • Clear access to ceiling or underfloor entry points

  • Disclosure of known hazards (e.g. asbestos, electrical issues, structural damage)

We reserve the right to stop work if:

  • The site is deemed unsafe

  • Hazardous materials (including suspected asbestos) are identified

  • Access is restricted or unsuitable

Additional charges may apply for difficult or restricted access.

 

5. Contamination & Pre-Existing Conditions

  • Insulation may contain contaminants such as dust, mould, moisture, rodent waste, or other biological material.

  • While we take reasonable care, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage discovered during or after removal.

  • Removal may expose underlying issues (e.g. wiring, structural defects, leaks), which are outside our scope of work.

6. Sanitising & Odour Treatment

  • Sanitising and odour treatments are designed to reduce bacteria and eliminate odours; however, results may vary depending on site conditions.

  • We do not guarantee complete removal of all odours or contaminants in every situation.

 

7. Health & Safety

We comply with relevant health and safety requirements.
Clients must ensure pets, occupants, and personal belongings are kept clear of work areas during service.

 

8. Damage & Liability

  • We take reasonable care while carrying out our work.

  • We are not liable for:

    • Pre-existing damage

    • Hidden defects or conditions

    • Minor disturbances typical of insulation removal work

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

 

9. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be outlined in your quote or invoice.

  • Payment is due as specified unless otherwise agreed.

  • Late payments may incur additional charges.

 

10. Cancellations

  • We require reasonable notice for cancellations or changes.

  • Late cancellations may incur a fee to cover time and scheduling costs.

 

11. Website Use

  • We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that all information is current or error-free.

  • We are not liable for any reliance placed on website content.
